Systemic
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy can help alleviate or overcome emotional suffering. In systemic psychotherapy, burdens and problems are not viewed in isolation, but rather understood as meaningful attempts at solutions. We assume that every person already possesses the resources and abilities for change within themselves. Individuals are always seen in the context of their social relationships – for example, within family, partnership, work environment, or circle of friends. In a safe and respectful setting, new perspectives on one's own life, personal thought and behavior patterns, and interpersonal relationships can emerge. I would be happy to accompany you attentively and individually on your path to greater inner clarity, personal growth, and mental well-being.

About me

My professional journey began in Northern Ireland as a volunteer social worker for people with disabilities. I then studied psychology and sociology in London, followed by an interdisciplinary Master's degree in Child Studies. After four years, I moved to Lund, Sweden, where I worked at a school for children with autism and later in a crèche before our first daughter was born. We then returned to Austria, where our second daughter and later our son were born.
In 2021, I fulfilled a wish that had begun to take shape during my school days and started my training as a psychotherapist. Now I look forward to supporting people on their journey out of crisis and towards a better quality of life.

Your path to better mental health
begins with the first step – your desire and your hope that change is possible. The next step is contacting me – by phone, email, or contact form. If you can't reach me by phone, please leave a voicemail with your name and phone number, and I will get back to you as soon as possible. In an initial consultation, we will get to know each other, you will gain insight into my approach, you can describe your concerns, and any questions can be answered. At the end of this initial consultation, we can decide whether to begin a therapeutic process or whether another option is more suitable for your current situation.
